Under the Provision of Article 48 of the
Constitution of this Association it is hereby notified that the Subject
Committee of the 45th
Biennial Circle Conference of the West Bengal Circle Branch will be held at
Ujjan , New Digha ( just behind LARICCA
IN) Dist. Purba Midnapore on 9th
January,2016 from 20:00 hours to 22.00 hours and on 10th January,
2016(Sunday) at 09:00 hours onwards to
discuss the following items of the Agenda :
i)
Confirmation
of the proceedings of the last Biennial Circle Conference.
ii)
Approval
of the biennial report of CWC.
iii)
Approval
of the audited accounts.
iv)
7th
CPC report issues
v)
Cadre
Restructuring proposal after 7th CPC
vi)
Cadre
Review
vii)
Raising
of building fund
viii) Organizational and
Financial Review
ix)
All India Conference to be held in the year
2018
x)
Misc
items with the Permission of the Chair.
xi)
Election
of Office Bearers.
xii)
Venue
of the next Biennial Circle Conference.
xiii) Budget Estimates.
All
members are requested to attend the meeting in time.
