Filing up CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs at Ernakulam Bench....an update

Grade Pay case under OA No. 289/13 filed at Ernakulam Bench is adjourned to 4th July, 2013 for filing reply by the respondents.

OA No. 289/13 filed by the Association came up before the Registrar's Court of CAT Ernakulam on 10.06.2013. As the Department did not file reply statement. It has been ascertained that detailed comments on the OA have been furnished by Directorate and the reply will be filed shortly by Chief PMG Kerala.
