CHQ News : Filing up CAT case for upgradation of GP of IPs at Ernakulam Bench....an update

OA No. 289/13 filed by the CHQ came up before the Registrar's Court of CAT Eenakulam . The Department filed reply statement refuting the contentions raised by the Association and applicants in the OA and sticking to its earlier stand. Copy of the reply filed by Department will be uploaded immediately on receipt of the same from our Counsel. We have to file additional reply statement immediately. The case stands posted to 8th August 2013 before the Registrars Court
