Subject: Request for considering immunity to the office bearers of IP/ASP Association.

Respected Madam,
IP/ASP Association would like to bring to your kind notice that according to the existing instructions, concession of immunity for transfer from the HQs of recognized service Association is applicable to their office bearers during 1styear of their elections to the office of Chief Executive or General Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Financial Secretary or Treasurer of Group C and Group D Association whether they are All India, Circle or Divisional units. But this facility is denied to Circle Treasurer of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts Rajasthan Circle Branch.
We are enclosing herewith a copy of letter No. IPASP Association / Haryana/2014/2 dated 07-07-2014 received from Shri Karam Singh Jhajholia, Circle Secretary of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts Haryan Circle Branch and PM (HSG-I) Narnaul HO addressed to Chief Postmaster General Haryana Circle Ambala regarding transfer under immunity service to the circle headquarter at Ambala at his own cost and request. Shri Karam Singh Jhajholia, Postmaster (HSG-I) Narnaul HO has unanimously elected as Circle Secreary in the Biennial Circle Conference held on 6th April 2014 at Gurgaon.
We urge upon you to kindly issue instructions to CPMG Haryana Circle to consider the request of above named officer for transfer at circle headquarter at Ambala under immunity service immediately.
