In respect of Booking Agency i.e. Directorate of Estates, demand draft should be in favour of Assistant Director of Estates (Cash), New Delhi payable at New Delhi. Guest House Kolkata comes under category 'A’ and accordingly, booking charges will be applicable in terms of Directorate of Estates Office Memorandum No. D-11028/23/82-Regions (Vol. II) dated 10th July, 2012 till the further revision of the rates of room charges.
