CHQ News :Updates on pending issues

1. DPC for promotion to the cadre of JTS Gr. A for the year 2013-14

- File is likely to be sent to UPSC in the next week for ascertaining the date for holding of DPC.

2. Issue of revise Recruitment Rules for the cadre of PS Gr. B

-There is no progress.

3. Holding of LDCE for PS Gr. B cadre for year 2013 and 2014

- There is no progress for issue of notification. Question Bank on revised syllabus is not ready.

4. Issue of revised Recruitment Rules for Assistant Manager (MMS)

- Report from study group is awaited.

5. Holding of LDCE for Sr. PM cadre

- Due to court cases, there is no chance to hold the examination in near future.

6. Supplementary DPC for the vacancies of 2013

- Information from few circles is still awaited.

CS writes letter to Secretary (Posts) i/c/w consideration of immunity facility to CS of Haryana Circle

Subject: Request for considering immunity to the office bearers of IP/ASP Association.

Ref. : Directorate Memo No. 10-1/2004-SR dated 25^th June 2004

Respected Madam,

IP/ASP Association would like to bring to your kind notice that according to the existing instructions, concession of immunity for transfer from the HQs of recognized service Association is applicable to their office bearers during 1^styear of their elections to the office of Chief Executive or General Secretary, Assistant Secretary and Financial Secretary or Treasurer of Group C and Group D Association whether they are All India, Circle or Divisional units. But this facility is denied to Circle Treasurer of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts Rajasthan Circle Branch.

We are enclosing herewith a copy of letter No. IPASP Association / Haryana/2014/2 dated 07-07-2014 received from Shri Karam Singh Jhajholia, Circle Secretary of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts Haryan Circle Branch and PM (HSG-I) Narnaul HO addressed to Chief Postmaster General Haryana Circle Ambala regarding transfer under immunity service to the circle headquarter at Ambala at his own cost and request. Shri Karam Singh Jhajholia, Postmaster (HSG-I) Narnaul HO has unanimously elected as Circle Secreary in the Biennial Circle Conference held on 6^th April 2014 at Gurgaon.

We urge upon you to kindly issue instructions to CPMG Haryana Circle to consider the request of above named officer for transfer at circle headquarter at Ambala under immunity service immediately.
