NOTICE-II

Under the Provision of Article 48 of the Constitution of this Association it is hereby notified that the Subject Committee of the 44^th Biennial Circle Conference of the West Bengal Circle Branch will be held at Berhampore Lodge Private Ltd , Berhampore (WB) , Murshidabad , PIN- 742101 on 4^th January,2014 from 20:00 hours to 22.00 hours and on 5^th January, 2014(Sunday) at  09:00 hours onwards to discuss the following items of the Agenda :

1.      Confirmation of the proceedings of the last Biennial Circle Conference.

2.      Approval of the biennial report of CWC.

3.      Approval of the audited accounts.

4.      Major Pending Problems:

a.      Upgradation of Grade Pay of IPs and Merger of ASPs with PS Gr-B issues.

b.      Cadre Review

c.       Cadre Restructuring.

d.     Reduction of sanctioned strength of ASP on proposed reversion of ASPs working as Postmaster (HSG-I).

5.      Organizational and Financial Review.

6.      Dak Paridarshak and website : www.wbipasp13.blogspot.in.

7.      Resolutions

8.      Next All India Conference

9.      Misc items with the Permission of the Chair.

10.  Election of Office Bearers.

11.  Venue of the next Biennial Circle Conference.

12.  Budget Estimates.

All members are requested to attend the meeting in time.

 Notice is hereby given that the Pre-conference Circle Working Committee Meeting of this Association will be held at Berhampore Lodge Private Limited. Berhampore(WB), Murshidabad, 742101 on 4^th January 2014 (Saturday) at 14.00 hrs to discuss the following items of Agenda :-

i)                   Confirmation of the proceedings of the last Extended CWC

ii)                 Preparation and adoption of the Biennial report of activities of the Association

iii)              Adoption of the audited Biennial accounts of the Association

iv)               Any other items with permission of the chair.

All office Bearers and CWC members’ i.e all executive body members are requested to attend the meeting in time
