With reference to Kerala Circle letter No ST/4-1/2013 dated 10.02.2014, WB  Circle vide SFA/M-12/IOP (D)/03/2013 dated 27.02.2014 intimate that the above official can be relived from this Circle on receipt of posting order from Kerala Circle .
