Sad Demise.

31.12.1963  -   27.08.2014
 
Shri Utsa Dey, ASP {HQ} RMS ‘H’  Division under WB Circle passed away on 27/08/2014  at about 1 pm . 
 This association conveys its heartfelt condolences. May god rest his soul in peace and give his family courage to bear the loss.
