Notice is hereby given that the General Body Meeting of this Association will be held at UTSARGA MANCH, Bolpur Municipality, Near Bolpur Police Station, PO: Bolpur, Dt: Birbhum(WB), Pin- 731204 on 21^st September 2014 (Sunday) at 11.00 hrs to discuss the following items of Agenda :-

 

i)                  Confirmation of the proceedings of the last GB Meeting.

ii)               Major Pending Problems:

 

A)  Cadre Restructuring specially i r o Dte letter no. 25-35/2011 PE-I dated 25.08.2014.

B)  Reduction of sanctioned strength of ASP on proposed reversion of ASPs working as Postmaster (HSG-I) and their further posting.

iii)            Organizational and Financial Review

iv)             Any other items with permission of the chair.

All members are requested to attend the meeting in time
