Some of the important decision taken up during last General Body meeting of this Association held at Barabazar HO on 04.09.2016.

i.. Minimum Donation @Rs 1000/- :

It was decided in the Genral Body meeting dated 04.09.16 that minimum donation @ Rs 1000/- would be collected from each member of this Association. General Secretary made an appeal to all members in this effect.  50% of collected amount will be remitted to CHQ for filing and persuation of the proposed contempt application to be filed before Hon’ble Tribunal and rest to strengthen the Circle fund.

 For this purpose, one SB Account (CBS) bearing No: 3365548408    has been opened at Yogayog Bhawan Post Office(SOL ID 70001203) in the name of Arup Kumar Seal & Shyamal Das.

Members are requested to deposit their donation in the said SB Account within 17^th September, 2016.

 

ii.  Non-Contribution  @ Rs 1000/- as “Special Contribution for 45^th Circle     Conference held at Digha “and @ Rs 100/- for “All India Conference”  

It has also been decided to make further appeal to the members who have not yet deposited their contribution of Rs 1100/- as decided in last GB meeting held on 06.12.2015, to pay immediately.
